LIONEL TYPE #A-60 WATT TRANSFORMER, CLEANED, SERVICED & TESTED, RUNS 1 TRAIN, EXCELLENT PLUS PLUS OPERATING CONDITION
LIONEL ONE TYPE A-60 WATT PREWAR TRANSFORMER, made from 1921-1937, has been completely cleaned in and out, serviced, with no chips, cracks, or breaks, lite scratches and etching on case, touch up paint on base, as shown in pictures, and is in Excellent Plus Plus Operating Condition.
This transformer has been disassembled, so contacts could be cleaned, wiring re-soldered and checked. The transformer cord was changed, by a previous owner, still soft and pliable. The Original Brass Nameplate is Excellent condition, with lite wear, as shown in pictures. A previous owner renumbered and lettered the face plate. A copy an Instruction sheet I copied out of the Prewar manual is included. The last picture show using A-S terminals for full voltage.
The shipping weight will be 5 Pounds.
You can run one train with this transformer.
The voltage output at full throttle: A-S 19.77 Volts. B-S 13.21 Volts.
The Fixed Voltages: A-B 6.57 Volts.
This is a Prewar Transformer made to be used on Postwar and Prewar Trains. |
